We know taking the step to call or email a Counsellor/Coach can be daunting, so we try to make it as comfortable and pressure-free as possible. To see whether we have the right therapy and approach for you please call us to talk it through.
All calls and emails are answered by Counsellors and handled confidentially and sensitively in line with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Code of Ethics.

If you have had counselling or coaching before you may have specific questions about our approach and what we feel you can expect from working with us. We’ll be delighted to talk everything through fully and honestly so that you can feel comfortable in the choices you make.

Making sure that you choose the right Counsellor or Coach is essential, as the relationship you develop with them will be key in making the therapy/coaching effective and long-lasting. We aim to find the most suitable (and cost effective) solution for you.

We know that making the first call can be very difficult, so if we miss your call or you would like to arrange a call back we will get back to you as quick as we can. Please leave a voicemail, email the contact form, firstname.lastname@example.org for Sheffield or email@example.com for Doncaster with a preferred contact number and time (or two) when you will be free to talk. We never call back if you do not request it.
