My approach to counselling

I am determined to help myself and others make life as fulfilling and meaningful as possible. A big part of this is my commitment to promoting well being and supporting others in reaching their full potential. So often the pressures, fears, losses and disappointments in life hold us back. As a Person Centred Counsellor I provide a safe, confidential space to listen, empathise and explore these difficult feelings and situations. I believe passionately in a holistic approach to good health and trust the counselling process to facilitate this. Counselling is not a quick fix, more a discovery of how we have the capacity to heal, grow and find our own answers.

“Thank you for helping me to believe in my self and find my own way forward” Client Feedback

My inspiration to become a counsellor

Counselling helped me through a difficult period in my life when I felt overwhelmed by loss, grief and self pity. It seemed like a natural progression to train to become a counsellor and pass the benefits onto others.
